My Approach

There’s no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to mental health. That’s why I take a personalized, integrative approach—combining therapy, medication management, and mindfulness-based tools to support your healing from all angles. Some people benefit most from talk therapy; others may need medication to stabilize mood, reduce anxiety, or improve focus. Often, it’s a thoughtful combination of both.

I work collaboratively with each client, taking time to listen, educate, and develop a plan that feels right for you. My goal is to meet you where you are—with empathy, clinical expertise, and a commitment to helping you move forward at your own pace.
